Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing facade access equipment at various client sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, with experience in industrial maintenance, hydraulics, and technical troubleshooting. Responsibilities

• Install and maintain facade access systems and related equipment at customer sites.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting on various machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on the proper use of equipment.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or as a field service technician.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC/R, and industrial mechanics.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
