Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Production Assistant to join our dynamic production team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of the production process, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output.
Responsibilities
Assist project managers in developing project plans and schedules.
Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Track project progress and prepare status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and vendors.
Organize and maintain project documentation and records for easy access.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in production preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members.
