We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Employee Benefits Senior Account Manager to join our growing Group Benefits Division. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented team supporting clients across multiple states.

As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to clients, carriers, and internal team members. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing day-to-day benefits administration, supporting renewals, and helping ensure clients receive a seamless experience throughout the year.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned employee benefits clients, building strong relationships and delivering timely, professional support.
\n
• Manage client inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, enrollment, billing, claims, and coverage questions.
\n
• Process policy changes, enrollments, terminations, reinstatements, and other service requests accurately and efficiently.
\n
• Partner with carriers and vendors to resolve client issues and ensure service expectations are met.
\n
• Support the renewal process by gathering information, preparing materials, coordinating timelines, and assisting with client presentations.
\n
• Review plan documents, applications, and policy information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
\n
• Maintain accurate client records, documentation, activities, and communications within agency management systems.
\n
• Assist with open enrollment preparation, employee communications, and client meetings as needed.
\n
• Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships through proactive service, education, and additional coverage solutions.
\n
• Collaborate with Producers, Account Executives, carriers, and internal teams to support client retention and growth goals.
\n

What Will Help You Be Successful

\n
• 3+ years of Employee Benefits account management or client service experience preferred.
\n
• Experience working within an insurance agency, brokerage, carrier, or benefits consulting environment.
\n
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or ability to obtain).
\n
• Strong understanding of group benefits products including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on building relationships and solving problems.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
\n
• Comfortable learning and utilizing technology platforms and agency management systems.
\n
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
\n
